It is with great sadness that we inform you that our President and CEO, Dr. Jeffrey B. Bradley, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, F.ASCE, passed away unexpectedly September 17, 2020, of a heart attack. Our hearts are with Marilyn Bradley and the rest of Jeff’s family as they go through this difficult time.

We cannot pretend that WEST will be the same without Jeff Bradley. As a founding father of the company, nationally-renowned expert, and leader in the industry, he is as much a part of WEST as water is a part of the rivers we study. As we mourn this loss, our operations remain in the good hands of the company’s Board of Directors: Martin Teal, Tom Grindeland, Hans Hadley, Henry Hu, Brian Wahlin, and Dave Curtis. WEST’s Board of Directors expects to name a successor President/CEO in the near future.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Disabled American Veterans, or the American Red Cross in their support of those affected by the Western wildfires.

As we mourn this loss, we will serve Jeff’s memory by continuing with dedication to our clients, projects, and the company Jeff devoted over 32 years building into what it is today.
